After using your firm's services, I would like to express my appreciate for the assistance and guidance provided in helping me work through resolving a value disagreement of an automobile which was destroyed in an accident.
As a Certified Public Account and a Certified Family Mediator, I felt I had some knowledge of numbers and negotiations. Becoming involved in the dealings with my automobile insurance company was a very rude awakening. I had expected to resolve the value difference in a reasonably short time with a figure somewhere between the low and high valuations available on the internet.
Thanks to the helpfulness of all the people in your firm I was provided guidance on how to deal with the insurance company and probably most important the knowledge of how they should respond to my requests. I think the best service you offer is the knowledge that the insurance company can not totally disregard my requests and must respond in a reasonable manner. The most relieving part of the ordeal was knowing that I wasn't alone throughout the process, going against a faceless insurance company by myself. Your company has been there throughout the process all along to help.
The amount that the insurance is now offering is over fifteen percent over their initial offer and this increase is significantly lower than the expenses I have incurred. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved in the near future at an even greater amount.
