Arbitration Client Testimonial
January 9, 2007
Dear Jason,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all of the help and knowledge you extended towards me during my recent automobile appraisals.
As you know, I contacted your office when I needed to get a realistic, knowledge based appraisal of two antique vehicles for settlement in my divorce case. I had been referred to a couple of different companies for this purpose, and after speaking to each of you, decided that you were the company that I was going to go with. I found that everyone in your office, including Autumn, were very accommodating and helpful during this stressful time. At the time that I spoke to you on the phone, I understood that you would be slightly more expensive than the other that I had considered, but it was clear early on in our conversation that the expense would be definitely worth it.
I found your final report very extensive, detailed, and easy to read. They were helpful to both myself and my attorney, and your expert testimony at the trial portion of my case was invaluable. You were clear, concise, and very straightforward in both your assessments of the vehicles in question and your appraisals of them. There was no question of your credentials, which made your testimony as an expert one that was not questioned.
One final thing... I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your non-patronizing approach to my requests. I never once felt intimated, as a woman, to the process. I'm sure that you don't encounter many women in your business, and it was very much appreciated that you treated me in a professional manner without making me feel "stupid". You would be surprised how rarely that happens!
Jason, thank you again for all of your help in the matter. If you ever have a potential client that may want a reference or referral please do not hesitate to give them my name and number. I would be happy to recommend you to anyone needing appraisals for vehicles for any purpose.
Sincerely,
Linda Maher
